SAIL specializes in the design, fabrication, and analysis of silicon-based devices, driving advancements in next-generation semiconductor technology. Building on this foundation, we develop high-density, low-power, and reliable devices optimized for neuromorphic computing. By harnessing novel semiconductor processes, we create hardware that seamlessly integrates with AI-driven systems, enabling efficient and scalable computing. This interdisciplinary approach allows us to bridge materials innovation and circuit design, paving the way for multi-sensory neuromorphic computing. Through close collaboration across fields, we strive to pioneer breakthroughs in intelligent computing hardware.
Our laboratory collaborates closely with the Semiconductor Display Research Center at Gachon University under the advisement of Prof. Eou-Sik Cho and Prof. Sang-Jik Kwon.
