SAIL specializes in the design, fabrication, and analysis of silicon-based devices, driving advancements in next-generation semiconductor technology. Building on this foundation, we develop high-density, low-power, and reliable devices optimized for neuromorphic computing. By harnessing novel semiconductor processes, we create hardware that seamlessly integrates with AI-driven systems, enabling efficient and scalable computing. This interdisciplinary approach allows us to bridge materials innovation and circuit design, paving the way for multi-sensory neuromorphic computing.
