• SAIL will take place in the ENR2 Building at the University of Arizona, Tucson. See the conference program for the specific rooms.

• The nearest parking garage is the Sixth Street Parking Garage on campus.

Where should we seek lodging?

SAIL is primarily a student led conference, and is organized without a large budget. As such, participants are expected to find and book lodging for themselves. If you have not already done this, we can recommend some nearby hotels:

• Tucson Marriott University Park

• Aloft Tucson University

• Ramada by Wyndham

  • The Ramada is by the Sun Link Streetcar route. If you are taking the Sun Link Streetcar from downtown Tucson to the UA campus, the closest stop to the Student Union is 2nd Street/Highland stop.

Some nearby hotels offer a special "University of Arizona" rate if you tell them that you are in town to attend a UofA conference. This is not something we can guarantee, but it is definitely worth asking when you book your room.
