Arnold is Saikou Bar & Cafe head bartender, he is skilled at mixing cocktails and providing excellent customer service. Arnold has a thorough knowledge of a wide range of cocktail ingredients and techniques and can use that knowledge to create delicious and well-balanced drinks. He was able to adapt to our customer's tastes and needs and provide recommendations based on those choices. In addition to mixing cocktails, Arnold and our floor manager Mai managed a busy bar and kept a clean and orderly environment.
