PRICELIST

• I’ll draw with FACELESS/EYELESS style only.
• No NFTs, do not use my art for AI training.
• Editing my artwork such as adding eyes are prohibited.
• I’ve the right to decline any order if it’s beyond my ability or any reason.
• I’ll be using A4 size (2480x3508 px), or 3000x3000 px for square, 300 DPI.
• I’ll update you for the progress of your comms.
• Estimated time may change depends on my situation.
• If you have a hard deadline, will be charged extra  fee 20%.
• There’s no limitation for revision. Major revisions are only accepted during the sketch phase. After that, only minor revisions will be accepted.
• You must provide image reference of character, pose, accessories, BG, etc. and give the brief as detail as possible.
• I’ll send the finished work via Gmail or Google Drive.

• Contact me through my social media account (prefer from twitter)
• Ask for the available slots first or any information you need.
• Clients send the references and briefs (for the briefs please give as detailed as possible, such as character's background, character's fandom, etc.)
• I’ll review your requests first, and if there’s nothing against my ToS, I can start working on the sketch. 
• I’ll give a rough sketch/colored sketch for update, and if no changes have to be made, you’ll do the full payment.
• I’ll continue the rendering, and send the finished work through Gmail/Google Drive.
• TAT will take 2~4 weeks depends on commission type/difficulty/queue/irl schedule.
• Commission progress : rough sketch/colored sketch > lining & base color > final render.
• I'll contact the clients if there's any delay.
• Clients can track their progress through my Trello (see the bottom of this page).

• I own the copyright of the art.
• I have right to upload the arts in my social media as portfolio.
• If you not wish to be posted (NDA), will be charged extra fee 50%.
• For monetized and commercial use please discuss it with me first, and I'll give you the agreement form.
• If a client is found using a personal-use illustration for monetized/commercial purposes without permission, strict action will be taken and the client will be blacklisted. 
• Personal use commission: Clients allowed to use the artwork as social media PFP/header, print for themselves, freebies/trade, doing minor alterations (filters, adding text, etc), promoting themselves using the artwork (with proper credit).
• Monetized content (illustration for ADsense, Youtube thumbnail, Youtube/Twitch streaming, sponsorship/endorsement posts, etc.)

• Commercial use (merchandising, commercial production assets, etc)

• For monetized/commercial purpose, clients are required to credit the artist. 

• Payment is made after the sketch is approved
• Payment 100% upfront after the sketch is approved.
• You can’t ask for refund.
• I’ll not continue the progress before any payment.
• Payment will be made through Vgen for international, and BCA for local.
