Jubilant Food -Works Ltd - Senior Executive Supply Chain (Feb 2023- June 2023) - Greater Noida

1) Handled Capability Vertical at Jubilant Food-Works Greater Noida Plant where I developed learning modules of production vertical as a part of the LMS project from scratch.

2) Developed an Application as a part of the digitization project using power apps where I replaced the log book (manual) in the production section.

Jubilant Food-Works Ltd - Supply Chain Executive  ( June 2022 - Jan 2023)

 1) Analyzed the 3-series items data by observing outward and inward movement and worked on the forecasting methods like moving average, exponential smoothing, and linear regression and observed a MAD error of 4-5%.

2) Calculated the Safety stock for 3-series items using the Normal distribution method with variation in both demand and lead time.

3) Optimized the space in the warehouse which results in the increase of Ambient pallets by 13.58% and chiller pallets by 9.52%. This optimization of space leads to the reduction of our 3PL rent by 878080/- annually.

   3) Created Advanced Shipment Notifications for Vendors as a part of the Planning & Procurement Team to get details before the dispatch of the material and integrated them with the Power BI dashboard.

   4) Inducted at the Mohali plant of Jubilant Food-works Ltd in the Safety, Quality, Warehouse, and Production departments to understand their functioning and have overall exposure to plant work.

 5) Reported Monthly Unsafe Act and Unsafe Conditions in Sparrow Software and created reports based on the closure of the UA/UCs.

 6) As a part of the safety department during training created a Gap assessment report from the audit and resolved the issues to achieve 100% compliance in Fleet management, Material handling division, and Traffic route.
