Saigon Pho is the fruit of the labors invested by Wilson Chan and his sons Joe, David, and Terrence, who run the restaurants together. They had lived in Canada for a while, where they were noticed the popularity of high-quality Vietnamese Pho restaurants. Hence, when they came back to Sai Kung, they brought with them an idea to share the taste of Vietnamese Pho with everyone.
