Md. Saifur Rahman Sabbir is an undergraduate student at the Department of Civil Engineering, Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (DUET), Gazipur. He completed his Diploma in Civil Engineering from Barishal Polytechnic Institute in 2020. Currently, he is focusing on developing his expertise in structural engineering, construction project management, and urban development in rural areas.Alongside his academic pursuits, Sabbir actively participates in campus leadership and extracurricular activities. He serves as the General Secretary of the DUET Debating Society (DDS) and the Office Secretary of the DUET Journalists’ Association, demonstrating his strong communication and organizational skills. In addition, he contributes to national media as a Campus Correspondent for Chotona News 24 and Daily Amader Matribhoomi.He has successfully completed several professional training programs, including “Quality Control of RCC Building”, “Earthquake Special Reinforcement according to BNBC 2020”, “Cast in situ Pile Quality Control”, and “Project Management using Microsoft Project 2016.” He also possesses practical skills in AutoCAD, ETABS, Microsoft Project, and estimation based on PWD schedule rates.Driven by a passion for sustainable infrastructure and innovation, Sabbir aims to contribute to Bangladesh’s development through effective engineering solutions and responsible urban planning.
