A. To join as a Public/Practicing Consultant, you must have any of the following:

1.   Must be a Bangladeshi by birth

2.       The candidates are in Govt jobs are not eligible to join as a consultant with us.

3.       You must be an Income Tax Practitioner of NBR with the membership of any recognized Taxes Bar Association or,

4.       You must be an Advocate with ITP of NBR and Membership of any recognized Taxes Bar Association or,

5.       You must be a Chartered Accountant and must have Membership of ICAB (ACA/ FCA) or

6.       You must be a Cost and Management Accountant and must have Membership of ICMAB (ACMA/FCMA) or

7.       You must be a Management Consultant and must have Membership of IMCB (AIMC/FIMC) with the membership (Mandatory) of any recognized Taxes Bar Association of Bangladesh.

B.  Charge

Annual Fee/charge BDT 2000 to start practicing as a public/practicing consultant at Saiful Islam & Associates.

C. Benefits:

1.   You will practice as a consultant/Associate of Saiful Islam & Associates following our rules, and you will be treated as practicing Tax Consultants/Consultants

2.   Your name, location will be listed in our website and you will be contacted from our Unit to serve the clients.

3.      You will be provided a special Business card as a Practicing Consultant at Saiful Islam & Associates

4.   You will be provided Our Money Receipt, Billing format and other papers to serve our clients throughout the country.

5.   We help our consultants always providing consultancy task

          CASH DEATH BENEFIT

6.   After practicing 3 years with Saiful Islam & Associates continuously - you are eligible to receive a Cash death benefit (Your family will receive the cash amount, cash death benefit shall not be less than BDT 10,000. The amount shall be 2 times of your total paid fees to Saiful Islam & Associates but not less than BDT 10,000.

CONSULTANCY FEE

7.       You will receive a consultancy fee for serving each client successfully.

D. You must follow the below primary rules as Our Consultant

1.   Saiful Islam & Associates shall fix the consulting fees. You must be genuine and honest in your commitments given to the clients. In addition, you must complete your consulting work within time frame/due date.

2.   You can hire assistants to make your work easy, but the hired assistants will work under you and you will pay them.

3.   100% Satisfaction of our clients will be your no one priority. You will never harm clients by any way.

4.   You must keep special documentation of your works. You must take special care of the papers of the clients and documentations will be preserved under you as long as you will be with us as Consultant. In addition, you shall maintain separate file for every new client.

5.   You must send the original copies of the documentations to the head office of Saiful Islam & Associates for secured documentation and you will be provided a copy whenever you need to serve the client.

6.   You shall be liable if you loss any documents of your served clients but we may help you to recover them if there is a way to recover the documents.
