True to the Swamy's teaching that "Respecting Parent is the first duty of any one", Our Balvikas children worshiped their parent by performing Padha Pooja to them.

Balvikas Guru Smt. Rajeshwari spoke about Easwaramma, the devine mother-recollection of Swamy's Bala leela in reference to the Divine mother provided the needed serenity to the occasion.

Balvikas Guru Smt. Janaki Ramanan talked about Parenting. Her narration about how true parenting is the first step towards turning young minds Godward was apt to the occasion.

Matru Pooja as a curtain raiser to the week long celebration filled us all with spiritual energy.

Balvikas students (Residential and Rural) performed cultural programs- Dance,Drama-based around Swamy and the Divine mother Easwaramba.The 100+ gathering who were present enjoyed the programs immensely.

3-May-10

Balvikas Children worshipped Swamy by performing Sai Sahasranama Archnai at Samithi.



4-May-10

Rural balvikas children paid respect to their parent by performing the Matru Pooja. This function was held at the Periya Palayathamman temple in the SSSVIP village Haridaspuram, Chitlapakkam.

5-May-10

A Sadhana camp was held on this day to clean the Periya Palayathamman temple in the SSSVIP village Haridaspuram, Chitlapakkam. The Balvikas children participated in this camp. This was followed by Narayana Seva at the same location wherein Narayanas of the SSSVIP village were served.

6-May-10

The day started on an auspicious note by a peaceful Nagara Sangeerthan in the morning. Bhajan was held at the Samithi and was followed by distribution of note books to under privileged students in the evening. Sri Swamy Gurunathan spoke about greatness of motherhood and Divine mother Easwaramma.

Devotees and others alike were immersed in spiritual bliss during the week long celebrations vindicating Swamy’s Grace and Omni presence
