By accessing or using the Sahu Samaj Matrimony app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

a. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By registering or using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

b. Community Requirement: The App is designed exclusively for members of the Sahu Samaj community. By using the App, you represent that you are a member or have a legitimate interest in connecting with members of the Sahu Samaj community.

c. Legal Capacity: By using this App, you affirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and to comply with them.

3. User Account

a. Account Registration: To access most features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.

b. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for any activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

c. One Account Per User: You may only create and use one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the termination of your accounts.

4. Use of the App

a. License: Sahu Samaj Matrimony grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

b. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yourself, your age, or your affiliation with any person or entity.

• Harass, abuse, or harm another person.

• Post or share any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or violates any third party's rights.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other users' accounts, or the App's systems or networks.

• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the App or its servers.

c. Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you submit to the App. However, by submitting content, you grant Sahu Samaj Matrimony a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display such content in connection with the App.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share your personal information.

6. Termination

a. Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in the App. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account, and all associated data may be deleted.

b. Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your account without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful.

c. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease. You will no longer be able to access your account, and we may delete your account data.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

a. Disclaimer of Warranties: The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Sahu Samaj Matrimony disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

b. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sahu Samaj Matrimony shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App.

• Unauthorized access to or use of your account or data.

• Any content or conduct of any third party on the App.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

a. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

b. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in India, except for disputes related to intellectual property or that can be brought in small claims court.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
