SAHS will need ONE person as the contact for the Video Submission, however if any awards are earned, it will go towards the video, not the person.
There is no cost for submitting your video(s).
There are no time constraints regarding video length.
Deadline for Video Submissions is March 27, 2026 at 11:59:59pm.
All content should be school appropriate. Judges will have the final decision to what "school appropriate" means. Any content found NOT to be school appropriate will be disqualified.
Only videos completed after April 1, 2024, are eligible.
Please double-check a) the permissions on your videos (not private/viewable by all), and b) the links to be sure they are correct before hitting "Submit". Non-working links and/or non-viewable videos will have no choice but to be disqualified.
Judges are allowed to recategorize films that if they are submitted into the wrong category and/or are a better fit.
Videos must be cut to fit in the appropriate category. Example: You may not submit a full "Broadcast Show" under "Music Video" category because you want the music video IN the show to be judged. If you wish the Music Video to be judged, then cut it OUT of the Broadcast show and submit it individually.
Prizes: Certificates for the Top 3 Placers in each category and "Best in Show", and Laurels may be issued for Nominations and Placers.
SAHS encourages all films to be made in the safest way possible, and encourages you to take all safety precautions during the creation of any item submitted. SAHS is not liable for any harm to person, property, illness, or accident in any of the production phases.
