Sahakrit Foundation is a youth-led social initiative designed to bridge the gap between awareness and action. Our mission is to inspire and empower students across India to become active contributors to society — right from their campuses and hometowns.

We provide structured, verified social internship programs during college breaks that allow students to choose their preferred cause — from education and environment to mental health and women empowerment. These internships not only foster real-world impact but also equip students with crucial life skills such as empathy, leadership, and civic responsibility.

What sets Sahakrit apart is its collaboration with Lok Prakriti, a government-registered NGO with 7+ years of on-ground experience, ensuring that all our activities are legitimate, meaningful, and certificate-backed. We are also recognized as a registered MSME organization, adding a layer of institutional credibility to our operations.

Our ultimate goal is to create a nationwide youth movement — where students don’t wait for the “right time” to make a difference, they start now, right where they are.
