Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Sales Are Final: Due to the personalized nature of intuitive readings and the energetic time invested, Signature Sun does not offer refunds once a purchase is completed or a session has been delivered. We appreciate your understanding of the dedicated labor involved in each session and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Service Satisfaction: My goal is to provide clarity and insight. If you feel your reading did not resonate, I invite you to reach out within 24 hours of delivery so we can discuss your concerns or apply a credit toward a different service.

Rescheduling: For live sessions (Phone/Video), we require 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Failure to provide notice or a "no-show" will result in the forfeiture of the session credit.
