As an engineering start-up company, we lead the way in studying Internal Combustion Engines from a Mechanics point of view as opposed to Thermodynamics, we bring out the drawback of the Slider Crank Mechanism in Internal Combustion Engines and its role in decreasing the efficiency of the engine.
The one problem that we have solved is to significantly increase the force transmission efficiency of the Slider Crank Mechanism by providing an alternate mechanism that replaces the crank used in the Internal Combustion Engines.
The technology solution developed is a five-bar kinematic Linkage that takes the position of the crank in the Slider Crank Mechanism, and a patent has been granted in India for this technology under start-up program facilities.
The startup has crossed the Basic Research, Proof of Concept, and Technical Validation stages, and is heading for Technical Validation of Components, Prototyping, and Implementation.
