From JR Saga station: About 15 minutes by bus and 10minutes by walk.
Take the city bus from the Saga station bus center to Kenchou-mae or .Saga terebi-mae.
From Saga university main gate: About 10 minutes by walk.
TCC is located along the road (one-way northbound) on the west side of Saga Nishi High School.
You can park your car at TCC.
