Studio Nebraska

Studio Nebraska is the new office space for Wittman Estes, designed for net-zero energy, sustainable elements including passive ventilation, daylighting, and bringing filtration and greenery into its industrial neighborhood. With a palette of mass timber, glass, and plants, our studio provides an intersection between the built environment and nature. This mixed-use development prioritizes flexibility and well-being for all. By bringing vegetation and greenery into the heart of an industrial neighborhood we hope to facilitate stronger connections throughout the community by providing a beautiful, peaceful place that people are drawn to. Studio Nebraska will act as the starting point for a neighborhood-wide plan to bring nature back into the built environment through disparate landscape focused interventions.
