Welcome to the SaFile (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") service provided by Chaoliang Liu (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Developer"). The following terms (hereinafter referred to as the "User Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the Developer regarding your download, installation, use and access to the Application and its related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). Please read the following terms carefully as they have an important impact on your rights, obligations and responsibilities in using the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, display or otherwise infringe these intellectual property rights.
6. In-App Purchases / Subscription Services
The App may provide in-app purchase options (hereinafter referred to as "In-App Purchases"), including but not limited to virtual goods, subscription services or other digital content (hereinafter referred to as "In-App Purchase Items").
In-app purchases are made through Apple's App Store, and the purchase price, payment method and refund policy will be subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions.
You understand and agree that the purchase, use and refund of in-app purchases are subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to Apple's Privacy Policy, Payment Policy and Refund Policy.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, completeness, security or performance of in-app purchases. For any disputes or issues related to in-app purchases, you should first contact Apple for resolution.
7. User Consent for Data Processing Related to Refund Requests
In accordance with the App Store’s refund policy, when a user initiates a refund request, our server will receive a notification (CONSUMPTION_REQUEST) from Apple. In such cases, we will provide Apple with data related to the user’s subscription to assist Apple in making a decision regarding the refund request. Please note that the data provided is strictly limited to subscription-related consumption information and does not include any personal or sensitive data. We are committed to complying with Apple’s requirements and ensuring that all data processing activities fully adhere to privacy protection laws and regulations. By using this app, you consent to the transmission of your subscription consumption data to Apple, as required for processing refund requests, in compliance with the App Store’s refund policies.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, completeness, security or performance of the application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.
9. Termination and Modification
We have the right to modify these User Terms or suspend or terminate the service at any time without prior notice to users.
If you violate these User Terms, we have the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account access.
10. Others
These User Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all previous oral or written communications, understandings or agreements.
If any part of these User Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall remain valid and continue to be enforceable.
We encourage you to review these User Terms regularly as we may update them from time to time to reflect changes in the App or Services or changes in legal requirements. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of these updates.
