Welcome to SafeYard. By downloading or using this app, you agree to the following Terms.
SafeYard is a simple farm safety tool designed for farmers and smallholders to record predator sightings, organize protection plans, and manage livestock safety.
It is intended for personal, non-commercial use as a digital logbook and reminder system.
You can record predator encounters — including date, time, and notes about the situation — and mark actions taken such as lighting, traps, or fencing improvements.
All data is entered manually and managed by you.
You can create and update your own list of protection measures (e.g., fence repair, light installation, coop inspection).
Tasks can be checked off when completed, and reminders can be scheduled for recurring safety checks.
Add and maintain a list of animals on your property, their locations, and notes about potential vulnerabilities.
This feature is for local management only and does not sync to any external database.
All information — predator logs, protection plans, and animal lists — is stored locally on your device.
We do not access, collect, or transmit any of your data.
If you uninstall or clear the app, all saved information will be permanently deleted.
Optional reminders (e.g., “Check the fence” or “Secure coops”) are handled as local notifications and are fully managed by your device settings.
No data from notifications is sent externally.
You agree not to use SafeYard for unlawful or harmful activities.
Reverse engineering, resale, or redistribution of the app is prohibited.
All app design, code, and graphics belong to the creators of SafeYard.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the app according to these Terms.
Features or visuals of the app may be updated or changed at any time without notice.
Continuing to use SafeYard after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
