An improvement plan kit is an essential tool for a nurse when addressing a health issue. It offers guided instruction on the steps to be taken to manage or prevent health issues. The health issue being addressed is hospital-acquired infections. These infections are commonly known to register after a patient stays more than 48 hours in a hospital. This paper will present an annotated bibliography that will provide the resources used to come up with the improvement plan kit.
