Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background check

• High school diploma or equivalent

  Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military, or customer service

• Strong communication and conflict de-escalation skills

• Situational awareness and ability to stay calm under pressure

• Physically capable of standing/walking for extended periods

• Flexible availability (nights, weekends, events)

Bowie Security LLC provides unarmed event security at various locations and venues on a seasonal basis (typically April-September).  Assignments vary by event type and client needs.  We are seeking reliable and professional individuals to join our crew for events across West-Central Wisconsin.

Responsibilities include monitoring entrances and exits, managing crowds, and maintaining a visible security presence while handling situations calmly and professionally.  This is a flexible, event-based position with opportunities to work a variety of events, including concerts, private gatherings, parades, and festivals.  Assignments are made based on client needs.  Ideal candidates are dependable, observant, and able to communicate effectively in fast-paced environments.  Exposure to outdoor weather is expected and should be anticipated.
