Words with capitalized initials have meanings defined below, regardless of singular or plural usage.

·         Application: SafeTint mobile application.

·         Company: SafeTint

·         Device: Any device that can access the App, such as a smartphone or tablet.

SafeTint does not require account creation and does not collect names, emails, phone numbers, or contact lists by default.

This data is collected automatically and does not directly identify you.

3. Screen Content and Permissions (Important Disclosure)

·         Screen content analysis is performed locally on your device.

·         No screenshots, videos, or screen content are stored or transmitted to our servers.

·       Screen data is processed temporarily in memory only to determine whether to apply a safety overlay.

·        SafeTint does not record, save, upload, or share your screen content.

You can revoke permissions at any time through your device settings.

4. How We Use Data

We use collected data to: - Provide and maintain the App - Improve performance and stability - Detect and fix bugs or crashes - Ensure compliance with legal obligations

We do not use your data for: - Advertising - Profiling - Selling or sharing personal data
