Emergency Alerts
If you fail to check in within the selected interval, the app may send an alert message to the trusted contacts you have added.
These messages are sent directly from your device using your device’s SMS or messaging capabilities.
The app does not route messages through external servers.
Important:
SMS messages may be subject to fees depending on your mobile carrier and your personal tariff plan.
The user is responsible for any charges related to sending SMS alerts.
Optional Location Sharing
The app may offer an optional feature allowing you to include your current location in the alert message.
If you choose to enable this feature:
The app may request access to your device’s location services
Your location is used only to generate the alert message
Your location is not stored, not shared, and not transmitted anywhere except to the trusted contacts you selected
Location access is entirely optional and only used when you explicitly enable it
Permissions
Depending on your chosen features, the app may request the following permissions:
SMS / Messaging – to send emergency alerts to your contacts
Notifications – to remind you to check in
Location (optional) – only if you choose to include your location in alert messages
These permissions are used solely for the app’s core functionality.
Data Sharing
The app does not share any data with third parties.
No information is collected for advertising, analytics, or profiling.
Security
All data remains on your device.
You may delete the app at any time to remove all stored information.
