Sacro workers currently conduct outreach support at WISHES (Women Inclusive Sexual Health Extended Service), mainstream sexual health clinics and provide a Thursday evening drop-in for street-based women where they can get a hot drink, a care package and speak with a highly skilled worker who understands the unique challenges faced by women selling or exchanging sex.

Women’s Inclusive Sexual Health Extended Service (WISHES), provides sexual health services, practical and emotional support.
WISHES Clinic (Spittal Street Centre): Thursdays 2pm-4:30pm then 5pm-7pm
WISHES at Chalmers Sexual Health Centre: Wednesday afternoons by appointment only.
Street Outreach, Leith Links: Thursdays 9pm-10:30pm.
