1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By downloading, installing, and using SafeFlow Pro ("the App," "SafeFlow Pro," 

or "we/us/our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to 

be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. These terms constitute 

a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and SafeFlow Pro.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms of Service, you must 

immediately cease using the App and uninstall it from your device.

2. LICENSE GRANT & PERMITTED USE

2.1 Limited License

SafeFlow Pro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, 

revocable license to download and use the App on your personal iOS device 

for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms of Service.

2.2 Permitted Activities

You may:

• Download and install the App on your personal iOS device

• Use the App's features for personal privacy protection and productivity

• Access the utility tools for personal use

• Create backups of your data processed through the App

• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the App

2.3 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App

• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App

• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or labels

• Use the App for commercial purposes or to develop competing products

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks

• Use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Engage in any form of automated data scraping or extraction

• Bypass, disable, or circumvent any security features or protections

• Use the App to harass, threaten, defame, or harm any individual or entity

• Transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code through the App

3. SAFARI CONTENT BLOCKER EXTENSION TERMS

3.1 How the Extension Works

SafeFlow Pro functions as a Safari content blocker extension that:

• Operates exclusively within Apple Safari browser

• Filters web content based on user-defined and default rules

• Processes all filtering decisions locally on your device

• Does not intercept, store, or transmit the content you view

• Can be enabled or disabled at any time through Safari Settings

3.2 Content Filtering Disclaimer

SafeFlow Pro uses intelligent filtering algorithms to identify and block:

• Advertisements and promotional content

• Third-party tracking scripts and analytics

• Malicious or phishing websites

• Adult content (when Family Mode is enabled)

• Cookie consent pop-ups and consent management platforms

However, we acknowledge that:

• No filtering system is 100% accurate

• Some legitimate page elements may be blocked

• Some unwanted content may occasionally pass through filters

• Website functionality may be affected by content filtering

• Users retain full control over filtering rules in Safari Settings

3.3 Website Malfunction Disclaimer

SafeFlow Pro is not responsible for:

• Website errors or malfunctions caused by content filtering

• Loss of functionality on websites due to blocked elements

• Inability to access certain website features

• Data loss or corruption resulting from filtering

• Incompatibility with specific websites or web applications

Users can temporarily disable SafeFlow Pro for specific websites through 

Safari's extension settings if issues occur.

4. MEDIA PROCESSING & UTILITY TOOLS

4.1 On-Device Processing

All media processing functions in SafeFlow Pro operate entirely on your device:

• Photo editing and compression

• Video transcoding and compression

• Document scanning and PDF conversion

• Image format conversion

• Metadata analysis and removal

4.2 Data Handling

SafeFlow Pro:

• Does NOT upload your media files to external servers

• Does NOT store copies of processed files

• Does NOT share metadata with third parties

• Does NOT retain processing history

• Does NOT monitor or analyze your files for commercial purposes

4.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to process and modify media files

• Obtaining necessary permissions from copyright holders

• Complying with applicable copyright and intellectual property laws

• Backing up important files before processing

• Verifying output quality before deleting original files

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

5.1 App Ownership

SafeFlow Pro, including all code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, 

and content, is the exclusive intellectual property of SafeFlow Pro and 

its licensors. All rights are reserved.

5.2 User Content

Any feedback, suggestions, or content you provide to SafeFlow Pro may be 

used by us to improve the App without compensation or attribution to you.

5.3 Third-Party Components

SafeFlow Pro may incorporate third-party libraries and components. 

Use of these components is governed by their respective licenses, 

which are available upon request.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, 

EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, 

FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

SafeFlow Pro does not warrant that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted

• The App will meet your specific requirements

• Any defects will be corrected

• The App will be compatible with all devices or iOS versions

6.2 Limitation of Damages

IN NO EVENT SHALL SAFEFLOW PRO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS 

BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE 

DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data or files

• Loss of revenue or profits

• Loss of business opportunities

• Loss of use or functionality

• Emotional distress or reputational harm

• Any other damages arising from your use of the App

This limitation applies even if SafeFlow Pro has been advised of the 

possibility of such damages.

6.3 Maximum Liability

SafeFlow Pro's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms of Service 

shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months, or $0 

if you have not made any payment.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SafeFlow Pro, its officers, 

directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, 

and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App

• Your violation of these Terms of Service

• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation

• Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights

• Your misuse of the App or its features

8. MODIFICATIONS TO THE APP & TERMS

8.1 App Updates

SafeFlow Pro may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any of its features 

at any time without notice. We may also modify these Terms of Service at any time.

8.2 Notification of Changes

Material changes to these Terms of Service will be communicated through:

• In-app notifications

• Email to the address associated with your account

• Updates to this page with a new "Last Updated" date

Your continued use of the App following notification of changes constitutes 

your acceptance of the modified Terms of Service.

8.3 Discontinuation

SafeFlow Pro reserves the right to discontinue the App or any of its services 

at any time. In the event of discontinuation, we will provide reasonable notice 

and make reasonable efforts to assist users in transitioning to alternative solutions.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS

9.1 Third-Party Integrations

SafeFlow Pro may integrate with or link to third-party services, including:

• Apple App Store

• Analytics providers

• Crash reporting services

• Cloud storage services

9.2 Third-Party Disclaimers

SafeFlow Pro is not responsible for:

• The availability or functionality of third-party services

• The privacy practices of third-party services

• Any content, products, or services provided by third parties

• Any damages or losses resulting from third-party services

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service 

and privacy policies.

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY & PARENTAL CONTROLS

10.1 Age Restrictions

SafeFlow Pro is not intended for children under 13 years of age. 

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10.2 Parental Responsibility

Parents and guardians are responsible for:

• Monitoring their children's use of the App

• Ensuring appropriate content filtering settings

• Explaining privacy and security concepts to their children

10.3 Family Mode

SafeFlow Pro's Family Mode provides enhanced content filtering for households 

with children. Parents can configure filtering rules through the App settings.

11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with 

the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11.2 Jurisdiction & Venue

You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the 

state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, 

for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms of Service.

11.3 Waiver of Jury Trial

To the extent permitted by law, you waive your right to a jury trial 

in any legal proceeding related to these Terms of Service.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve 

any dispute with SafeFlow Pro through good-faith negotiation.

12.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through 

binding arbitration administered by JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services) 

in accordance with its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures.

12.3 Arbitration Exceptions

The following disputes are excluded from arbitration:

• Claims for injunctive or equitable relief

• Claims arising from intellectual property infringement

• Claims that cannot be arbitrated under applicable law

13. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, 

that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue 

in full force and effect.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the 

entire agreement between you and SafeFlow Pro regarding your use of the App 

and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.

16. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

BY DOWNLOADING AND USING SAFEFLOW PRO, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, 

UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE IN THEIR ENTIRETY.
