User-provided data: When you create audits, add notes, photos, or signatures, this data is stored locally on your device or, if cloud sync is enabled, on our secure servers.
Optional account information: If you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, and organization details to enable multi-user access.
Device data: We may collect basic technical data (device type, OS version, app version) to improve app performance.
We do not collect sensitive personal information unless you choose to provide it inside an audit form.
To provide core app features (checklists, scoring, PDF exports).
To sync audit data between devices if cloud backup is enabled.
To improve app stability and add new features.
To respond to support requests or feedback.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers.
Local data: Audit reports and photos are stored securely on your device by default.
Cloud sync (optional): If you enable cloud backup, your data is encrypted in transit and at rest on secure servers.
Access control: Multi-user accounts are protected by passwords or authentication tokens.

You export or email audit reports manually.
Required by law or legal process.
You can use SafeDine360 entirely offline with no data sent to us.
You can delete your local or cloud data anytime from within the app.
If you have an account, you can request full deletion by contacting us.
SafeDine360 is not designed for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
