Ministry Registration & Information

If you have a child who will be participating in Faith Kids (Faith's Sunday Morning Education Programs - KoK, Kingdom Builders, Mile Markers), Elevate, Cadets, GEMS, or Youth Group at Faith CRC during the upcoming 2025/2026 ministry year, you must complete the "Student Registration & Release Form" linked above.

We'd love to have you join us for Coffee Break on Wednesday mornings. For more information and to register, please click on the "Coffee Break Sign Up". 

If you have children that you will be bringing with you to Coffee Break Nursery, Story Hour, or Little Lambs, they can be registered via the same link above.

Linked above is Faith's Safe Church Policy. This policy has been integrated into our student and adult ministries to make the best possible attempt to keep our children and adults safe throughout our ministry year. Each year the adult leaders of our ministry programs read this policy and agree to live it out in each ministry program.
