1. Overview
Safe Path is a single-player puzzle game. We designed the App to work primarily on your device. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask you to enter your name, email address, phone number, or payment details inside the App.
2. Information We Store on Your Device
The App may store the following information locally on your device using on-device storage (for example, AsyncStorage):
• High scores for each difficulty mode
• Settings such as selected difficulty and whether haptics are enabled
• Banked coins and power-up inventory progress
• Other gameplay preferences needed to continue your progress
This information stays on your device unless you clear the App’s data, uninstall the App, or otherwise remove local storage through your device settings.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not intentionally collect, sell, rent, or share personal information such as:
• Name, email, or postal address
• Precise location
• Contacts, photos, or microphone/camera content
• Payment or financial information
• Advertising identifiers for personalized ads (the App does not include an ad network in this version)
4. Internet Access
The App may include the Android INTERNET permission because it is commonly required by the app framework and platform services. In the current version, core gameplay does not depend on sending your scores, settings, or inventory to our own servers. If you use the device’s share feature to share a score, the content you choose to share is handled by the sharing app you select (for example, a messaging app), under that app’s own privacy policy.
5. Children
Safe Path is a general-audience game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because gameplay data is stored locally on the device and we do not operate a user account system, we do not seek personal information from anyone, including children.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Local game data remains on your device until you delete it. You can remove stored data by clearing the App’s storage/cache in Android Settings, or by uninstalling the App.
7. Third-Party Services
This version of Safe Path does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or social login SDKs that would transmit personal data to third parties for our own tracking purposes. If future versions add such services, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or when those features are introduced.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps appropriate to an on-device game to protect local data from casual misuse. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining control of your device and OS-level security settings.
9. Your Choices
• Disable haptics in the App’s Settings if you prefer not to use vibration feedback
• Clear App data or uninstall the App to remove locally stored scores and settings
• Choose whether or not to share scores through your device’s share sheet
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
11. Contact
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or the App, contact the developer at:bahikhan786554@gmail.com
