I take menus I find online and edit them to remove the calorie counts, or I copy down all of their options if there is not a menu print online. I also have links to menus if they do not have calories on them so it's not left to wonder if they're safe or not to view.
I put TW on any of these sites that may have some sort of diet talk, but if it is extreme I just will edit that out instead of linking the website. This is all done based on my viewpoint, and so I am 100% open to anyone contacting to ask for an adjustment to the site!
To find the restaurant you're looking for, simply click the search bar in the top right hand corner, or control/command F on the Home Page and the restaurant will be highlighted on the left hand side if it is on the site.
Disclaimer: some of there are national chains. The menus posted are from the PA/NJ area, and so the availabilities and prices may vary from state to state.
I've been wanting to create this website for a year and finally have been able to. I am currently in recovery from an eating disorder, and have always struggled with going out to eat. Now, with more and more laws requiring calories to be put on menus, it's even more stressful for some people to go out to eat and just enjoy the food and time spent with loved ones. I wanted to create this site to allow people to feel more comfortable looking online at menus, and make decisions more intuitively. This will be an ongoing project as there are infinite numbers of menus online, and so I'm open to any emails about changes to this site, restaurant requests, or any other additions!
