End User License Agreement (EULA) & Terms of Use

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and the developer of Quran Nasheed: Safa Music Player ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the mobile application.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall and do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your compatible mobile device(s) solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
The App offers the following auto-renewing subscriptions to remove advertisements:
Monthly Subscription: $1.99 USD per month
Yearly Subscription: $11.99 USD per year
Subscription Terms:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may cancel or manage your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings on the App Store.
Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
Prices are shown in US Dollars. Actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on your region.
All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
The App provides streaming access to Quran recitations, nasheeds, Islamic content, and general music/videos.
Downloading is not permitted for users. The App is a streaming-only service (except for any future Pro offline features we may introduce).
You may toggle Islamic content on or off and access normal music as per your preference.
You agree not to:
Attempt to download, copy, or store content outside the App’s intended functionality.
Reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App.
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to violate any third-party rights.
Circumvent advertising or subscription mechanisms.
Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code.
All content available in the App (including Quran audio, nasheeds, music, graphics, and trademarks) is owned by their respective copyright holders. The App’s design, code, and branding are owned by the Company. You have no ownership rights in the App or its content.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated this Agreement.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or the accuracy of any content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
