COVID-19 Season - Considering the situation and for safety, please do keep the box untouched for minimum of 4-6 hours.
Do wash mangoes with lukewarm water before serving or eating them.
If you have received boxes with opening dates on them, make sure to open the box on that date.
After opening the box, you can put mangoes on flat surface covered with grass / hay or heavy cloth.
Please do not put mangoes in AC / Refrigerator before they are ripped.
Please open the crate and lay down mangoes on hay/cloth. The mangoes should be kept open as much as possible. Heat and natural wind help in the natural ripening process.
Please keep on eye on mangoes in box / hay / cloth. If any mango is gone bad, do remove it from pack.
Please rotate the position of mangoes in box every day post opening the box. The ripped mangoes should come on top to avoid damage to them due to load as well as to avoid over ripe of them.

Don't keep mangoes in box post the date mentioned on box or 1 days after your delivery - whichever is later. This will avoid over ripping of mangoes.
Don't keep mangoes in AC/Refrigerator before they are ripe.
Don't put any heavy items on top of box of mangoes.
Don't keep any damaged / over ripped fruits with other mangoes. Do remove them from pack. This will avoid other fruits turning bad.

Mango is THE KING of fruit but still, it's perishable. We take utmost care to deliver the best fruits with optimum delivery/transport options. But still, there are instances (less than 5%) where the fruit is damaged in transit or rotten when it reaches your doorstep. In such cases, be assured to contact us and we will help.
Please make sure that you report such cases within 3 days of delivery to make sure that required replacements are in stock. In cases where immediate / same quality replacements are not possible due to any reason, we will ensure to compensate with subsequent deliveries.
