Coordinator in designing and developing games and tools to enhance the understanding of project management concepts based on the case studies

Development of technical knowledge of compressor inlet-air cooling systems for efficiency enhancement in gas-turbine powerplants
I managed 6 months of this project remotely during my stay in Canada from Dec. 2017 to May 2018
Responsible for determining and defining the project’s scope and objectives
Extracted Work Breakdown Structure and planned & scheduled the work plan
Responsible for developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan
Monitored progress and made adjustments as needed using MSP
Responsible to report the progress to the project manager, the system engineer/technical manager, and the project management office of the industry partner
