Cancellation or No-Show Policy:

Please provide at least a 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. This helps ensure appointment availability for all clients.

Pick-Up Policy: 

You will be notified as soon as your dog is ready to be picked up. We ask that all dogs are picked up within a timely manner (typically 45 minutes) after notification. Late pick-ups will result in an additional fee of $25. This is because our space is limited and we want to keep a calm, safe environment for all pets.
