I make custom digital artwork per the client's request. This artwork is made for the client and will not be replicated for any other commission. There will not be any A.I. usage or traced works in any part of my art process. I will not make works with heavily detailed outfits, gore, NSFW (Not Safe For Work), or poses. I will not make work depicting minor characters or minor-looking characters in NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content. I will not depict proshipping. I will not depict incest.Â

The client must be eighteen or older to commission me for anything.

All banners, profile pictures, and artwork displayed on my website and social media belong to me. Any usage without my authorization will result in a warning and then immediate legal action.

The client is to respect boundaries when messaging me within the commissioning process. Upon receiving the commission, the client is given personal use rights. The client may not use the art to generate profit of any kind. The client must credit me when they share the art publicly and must not remove the watermarks. If the client purchases watermark removal, they must not claim the artwork as their own and must credit me.

I reserve the right to end services with a client if I'm being harassed, demeaned, threatened, provided A.I., having my boundaries crossed, or the client doesn't know what they want and can't come to a clear agreement.

I will modify the art for free if the client wishes for changes unless it gets excessive.
Fees
Fees
If the number of changes the client wants gets excessive (over 5 changes), it is $5 per change. If the client wishes to use the art for commercial use, they must pay me $50 on top of the original commission price. If the client wishes to remove the watermarks on the piece, they must pay $50 on top of the original commission price. If the client wishes for both commercial use and watermark removal, it is $100 on top of the original commission price. These are nonnegotiable.

I accept direct deposits through PayPal and Cash App only. I don't accept e-checks. If the client sends me an e-check anyway and I terminate services with the client, I keep the money. If the client sends me an e-check and I haven't terminated services with the client, they will have to wait until the check deposits into my account to receive the artwork. I must receive full payment in order to give you the art.

Refunds will only be given if the client does not receive the artwork, meaning I don't deliver on my end, or if I terminate services with the client and they already paid. This does not apply to e-checks, however.
