Welcome to Sadaq. Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using our mobile application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using Sadaq, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Intellectual Property Rights The App, including its design, code, functionality, and all artistic content, is the exclusive property of Sadaq and its licensors.
Proprietary Themes: All custom themes and artwork, including but not limited to the "Ottoman", "Alaouite", and "Night" themes, are protected by intellectual property laws.
License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial spiritual practice. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of our App or included artwork without express written permission.
3. Prohibited Activities To maintain the integrity and spiritual focus of the App, you agree not to:
Circumvent App Logic: Attempt to bypass the "Speed Limiter" or any other feature designed to encourage focused Dhikr.
Reverse Engineer: Attempt to extract the source code or proprietary artwork from the App.
Automation: Use bots, scripts, or automated "auto-clickers" to manipulate counter values.
Harmful Use: Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties Sadaq is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App’s reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular spiritual purpose. Your use of the App is at your own sole risk.
5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sadaq and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, because the App operates offline, we are not liable for any loss of counter data or settings if you uninstall the App or if your device’s local storage is cleared.
6. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
