My name is Sadaf Ashtari, and I am an Assistant Professor of Information Systems and Business Analytics in the College of Business Administration at California State University, Sacramento.

I earned my Ph.D. in Technology and Professional Service Management from Eastern Michigan University and holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Management Information Systems and Information Technology from Science and Research Azad University, Tehran, Iran.

My area of research interest is Healthcare Information Systems, Healthcare Business Analytics, Computational Thinking, Innovative Technology in Education, and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
