Entries are open to Liberty SADA students and may include physical work from any medium.
Due to spacing limitations in the Marketplace, priority will be given to entries based on the quality of work and the order in which entries are received. For a greater chance of being accepted, submit your work early!
All work submitted must be for sale. Exceptions: If you are selling reproduction prints, you may bring the original for display purposes.
Email Anna McCullough (abmccullough@liberty.edu) with any questions.

We have a small selection of plastic standing shelves, easels, and acrylic sheet holders. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of setup.
You are encouraged to bring your own decorations, product display stands, and/or signage that fits within the space you are given. Be creative!
You may not bring in additional furniture or large items without prior approval.
All prints must be displayed in plastic sleeves with a heavyweight paper or matboard backing behind your work.
You may not stick things to the walls without prior approval.
🔗 Take a look at the Presentation Standards page for more info.
There are several types of spaces available in the Marketplace. We have shelving for paper goods, pedestals for a variety of work, a hanging rail system for studio work, movable walls, a clothing rack, cabinets, and a variety of tables for use. All tables will be covered in a black tablecloth. See some of our options on the Presentation Standards page.
Spaces are assigned based on the quantity, size, and type of artwork that you have as well as the other submissions in the show. We do our best to give every artist the best possible space to display their work.
We cannot guarantee a particular location, table type, or size of space, as it is dependent on the number of submissions accepted and the space that we have available.
You will be able to preview your space the day before the show during the times indicated in the Schedule above.
If you have specific requests, please let Jillian Ramsey know and your request will be taken into consideration.
