ALILOU DIGITAL LTD (“we,” “us”) operates the mobile application Sad Quotes Images (the “App”).
This policy describes how we handle information when you use the App. It should be read together with the privacy practices of our third-party service providers listed below.
1. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App displays advertisements (including banner, interstitial, and rewarded formats) through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may process identifiers and usage data to measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and deliver ads. Depending on your settings and permissions, ads may be personalized.
2. App Tracking Transparency
On supported devices, the App may request permission to access the advertising identifier on your device. If you allow tracking, that identifier may be used to deliver more relevant ads and measure advertising, as described by Google and its partners. If you do not allow tracking, we may still show ads; they may be less personalized depending on platform and partner rules.
3. Push notifications (OneSignal)
If you opt in to notifications, we use OneSignal to register your device, deliver messages (including rich notifications where supported), and understand delivery and engagement. OneSignal processes device-related identifiers and notification-related data as described in their policy.
You can turn off notifications in iOS Settings for the App.
4. Photos / media library
The App may request access to your photo library so you can save greeting images you choose. We do not use this access to upload your entire photo library; it is used to perform saves you initiate.
5. Technical and operational data
Like most apps, the App and third-party software development kits (SDKs) may process technical data (such as app version, device type, and general usage information) needed for stability, security, and fraud prevention.
The App relies on services that may process data on our behalf, including Google (AdMob) and OneSignal. Their practices are governed by their own policies.
The App is not directed to children under the age required by your jurisdiction (for example, 13 in the United States). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for targeted advertising. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us using the details below and we will take appropriate steps.
Tracking: Respond to the iOS prompt when the App requests tracking, or change settings later under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (labels may vary by iOS version).
Ads: Where available, device and Google account settings may limit ad personalization.
Notifications: Disable under Settings → Notifications for the App.
We retain information only as long as needed to operate the App and as required by law. Our providers apply their own retention schedules as described in their policies.
If you use the App from outside [your country or region], your information may be processed in countries where our providers operate (for example, the United States or the European Union), subject to applicable law.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version at this page and update the effective date above.
