TOURNAMENT VENUE AND DATES

Easter Tournament will be held from 10 April 2020 (Friday) to 13 April 2020 (Monday) at Stellenbosch University's Coetzenburg Centre.

Coetzenberg Centre is about 40 min away from Cape Town International Airport and 48 min from Cape Town CBD (via the N1).

Important: It is safe to travel between Cape Town and Stellenbosch at night if you'd prefer to stay in Cape Town or surrounds. However, we do strongly recommend that you use the N1.

Stellenbosch is a quaint little town with lots of surrounding towns / places of interest to explore. We will provide some information on this as best we can :)

WELCOME PARTY AND MARCH PASS

SOCIAL SUNDAY

• Date: 12 April 2020
• Time: 9 till late
• Venue: TBC

PRESENTATION DANCE

• Date: 13 April 2020
• Venue: Chinese Community Centre, Observatory
• Time: 18:30 for 19:00
• We recommend that you book to stay in Cape Town for the 13th April, it will allow you time to enjoy the presentation dance, explore a bit of Cape Town and be more convenient for early morning flights.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

We acknowledge the recent developments of Covid-19 and have been monitoring the situation in South Africa. We reserve the right to limit/ cancel public gatherings that form part of the Tournament traditions (e.g. Welcome Party, March Pass, etc.).

We will take precautions to ensure participants are as safe as we can reasonably control. e.g. ensuring there is soap and hand sanitiser on hand and medical personnel.
