My work didn’t come from theory.

It came from a lifetime of knowing there was more… while still learning how to stop shrinking myself to fit spaces I had outgrown.

For years, I dimmed my voice, questioned my power, and carried everything for everyone else, until I realized that self-abandonment was never the price I was meant to pay for love.

What started as a quiet spark, a desire to bring more love, truth, and light into the world, grew into something I couldn’t ignore.

That spark became a flame.

That flame became a wildfire.

Now, I walk in my truth and my purpose unapologetically.

My work blends nervous system regulation, self-love, Human Design, and energy healing to help women come back to themselves, not just in theory, but in real, embodied life.

Because you don’t need to become someone new.

You need to remember who tf you are… and learn how to hold her.
