Each session is guided intuitively. I will energetically scan and channel exactly what is needed in the moment, allowing the energy to flow where your body, mind, and spirit need support most. Every session is unique and meets you where you are.

In this 45 minute session, you will be made comfortable on a massage table as I gently guide you into a relaxed, meditative state. Before we begin, I will ask who you would like to connect with—such as a loved one, spirit guide, or angel.

Once in meditation, you’ll be supported in opening to connection in your own way, followed by an energy healing session. While experiences vary and cannot be guaranteed, this is not a message-channeling session. My role is to guide you into meditation and hold a safe, supportive space, trusting that you will receive exactly what you need for your healing and growth.

This 30-minute BioMat® therapy session delivers soothing, deep-penetrating heat designed to support relaxation and overall wellness. The gentle warmth helps calm the nervous system and may support the body’s natural healing processes.

Many clients find BioMat therapy deeply grounding and restorative, making it an excellent addition to energy work or a stand-alone relaxation session.

In this 30 minute distance healing session, I connect with your energy intuitively and offer gentle energy healing while you relax and remain open to receive. No physical presence is required—energy is guided intentionally to support balance and well-being wherever you are.

Distance healing may support relaxation, stress relief, energetic clearing, and overall harmony. Each session is unique and meets you where you are, addressing what is most needed at the time.

In this 30-minute session, you’ll relax comfortably on the massage table while I use crystal singing bowls and Tibetan bowls to create a deeply soothing vibrational experience. The sounds and frequencies help promote relaxation, balance, and energetic harmony throughout your body and mind.
