Carlton White, Chief Executive Officer

A proud Detroit native, Carlton White has always been a connector and problem solver. With an undergraduate degree in Economics and Finance from Tennessee State University and an MBA from Lawrence Technological University, he brings strong financial acumen and strategic insight to every endeavor. After years of program management experience with the Department of Defense—where he honed skills in process mapping, efficiency, and solution-building—he founded Sacred LLC to apply those same principles to real estate.

Through Sacred LLC, Carlton has led real estate sales, renovations, investment consulting, financing strategies, and property acquisitions that have generated significant revenue growth, cost savings, and value creation for clients. His work in real estate development and consulting has helped buyers, sellers, and investors unlock opportunities while strengthening Detroit communities.
