Visiting the School

The main entrance of the Parish Life Center (glass doors) is used for student entrance from 7:40 – 8:00 a.m. and for dismissal, 1:50 – 2:00 p.m. The front door at Sacred Heart School, located on 15 Hunters Avenue, is to be used at all other times. Visitors must ring the doorbell, state their name and purpose for visiting, and wait to be buzzed in. Visitors must report to the Office, sign in, and wear a Visitor’s Pass with their name written on it. Volunteers should sign in and obtain a Volunteer Pass before proceeding to the classroom. Lunch room volunteers may sign in on the sign-in sheet located in the lunch room (they should be wearing their volunteer pin). No visitors may wander through the building unescorted.
