SACNAS is the official acronym for Society for Advancement of Chicanos/Hispanics & Native Americans in Science. Founded in the 1970s, SACNAS is a community that supports research, professional development, networking, and STEM outreach at every stage of the college career. We are a recognized student organization at San José State University.
