SachAI - Truth Analyzer ("SachAI", "we", "our", or "us") is operated by MGK Logics. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it. By using the SachAI mobile application, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Name and email address when you create an account
- Chat messages and conversation text you submit for analysis
- Documents (PDF, DOCX, TXT, images) you upload or import for document analysis
- Analysis preferences and mode selections
Information collected automatically:
- Coin transaction history (earn/spend activity) tied to your account
- Device information and basic usage analytics (such as app open events) to improve the app
- Push notification token assigned to your device so we can send you requested notifications
We do not collect precise geolocation, contacts, SMS, call logs, or any other sensitive data from your device.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to provide and improve the SachAI analysis service:
- Submitting your chat messages and documents to Google Gemini AI to generate analysis reports, risk assessments, and insights
- Managing your account, coin balance, and subscription status
- Syncing your analysis history across devices when signed in
- Sending you push notifications (e.g., daily engagement reminders)
- Improving our AI prompts and detection algorithms
- We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties
4. AI Analysis & Data Processing
Chat messages and documents you submit are processed by Google Gemini AI to generate analysis reports. We recommend you do not submit sensitive personal information (passwords, financial details, government IDs) for analysis. Google's privacy policy governs how Google handles data sent to its AI services. We do not retain original submitted content beyond what is necessary to provide your analysis history.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your account data (name, email, analysis history, coin transactions) is stored on our secure servers using industry-standard encryption. Your coin balance and preferences are also cached locally on your device. While we implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
6. Third-Party Services
SachAI uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Google Gemini AI — chat and document analysis
- Google AdMob — advertisements (banner, interstitial, rewarded, app-open)
- Expo Push Notification Service / Firebase Cloud Messaging — delivering push notifications
- Laravel + MySQL — our backend API and data storage
7. Advertising
SachAI displays advertisements via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data about your device and ad interactions to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings. Premium subscribers see no ads.
8. Account Deletion & Your Rights
You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account), which permanently removes your account and all associated data (analysis history, coin transactions, push tokens, and subscriptions) from our servers.
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data and analysis history
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export your analysis history
- Withdraw consent for data processing (this may limit app functionality)

9. Children's Privacy
SachAI is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted in the app and on this page. Continued use of SachAI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
