Hoboken Dual Language Charter School (HoLa) is committed to providing an exceptional public education in Spanish and English to develop our students into bilingual, biliterate, and culturally aware global citizens who are highly engaged contributors to their local and global communities.

Founded in 2010, Hoboken Dual Language Charter School (HoLa) is the first and only FREE public charter Dual Language School (Spanish & English) in New Jersey. Each year HoLa educates 420+ children from Kindergarten to 8th grade through an immersive Spanish/English dual language approach.

HoLa is a top-performing public school, with results ranking in the top 5% in the state, our funding falls in the bottom 5%. As a public charter school, HoLa operates with approximately $13,000 public funding per student, a significantly lower amount than the other public schools in Hoboken (and without funding for facilities). Your donations are crucial in helping us to support vital initiatives that will enhance the education of our students.
