My learning Style

In the past years i have been learning the place that has a good ventilation of air, adequate temperature,and good source of light and neat area. before i could even start learning or reading, i ensure that i put in place all the learning material near me, to avoid time wasting. i don't actually have a specific name of this learning style.

Strength- i catch up easily and understand quickly. i like highlighting important aspects with hhighlighting pens

Weakness- i got disturbed by WhatsApp messages in my phone and long learning break than learning hours.

Preferences- i prefer to start learning alone then associate with my colleagues to be able to engage with challenges i have encountered

Identify niche/novel that our country should be targeting to kick-start or encourage entrepreneurial spirit

They are geographical locations that need the country can use to establish Central Business District areas, in order to empower new entrepreneurs and initiate entrepreneurial spirit

Before the country could identify the novel areas to kick-start entrepreneurial spirit…. The county need to check the landscape of the location/area, if it is suitable for entrepreneurial spirit. The novel area should be in the CBD (Central Business District) where they are lot of investors and potential investment, and should not be congested. The area might also be next to the harbour for exchange of goods and services for shipment

Before the country could start distributing the niche or job opportunity to entrepreneurs, the country need to have a workshop. The workshop should be facilitated by the committee of experienced entrepreneur. The aim of this workshop is to educate the young entrepreneurs about the upcoming opportunity that has been initiated. This workshop will give more clarity and details on what is required from entrepreneur and what is expected from them

The country need to target young entrepreneurs who have versions, ideas, solutions and ambitions to the world of entrepreneurial spirit. An entrepreneur who has a skill in business presentation, negotiation, good communications skills, listening skills and problem solver and new initiative person. An entrepreneur who can business planning and cost management skills. Basically the entrepreneur that are required should be literate and educated.

The country could benefit to this initiative of encouraging entrepreneurial spirit, whereby they will be an increase in the economy of the country, tourist attraction, create job opportunities and investment. When having such good infrastructure of business side it gives a country a good image of the country’s beauty. Therefore that’s when the country’s economy increase due to many tourist attraction in the country, they will be foreign investment that which will boost factors of productions of the economy and those niche of entrepreneurial spirits.

They could also be negative impact of this initiative due to in availability of land. To build such infrastructure the capital will be required, if it needs be the country must borrow money from the World Bank or AID from other countries, which will backfire some other time and lead to decrease in country’s economy due to debt. The government should consider niche that that has lot of population of people so they will be a productive progress on the production of economy also goods and services of the business

When a niche or novel area is not adequate enough for building a location of entrepreneurial spirit the building won’t have a strong foundation, hence it will fall when time goes by. It is very important for the government to consider a suitable niche that will benefit both the state and entrepreneurs. For instance a novel area that is near transportation route for visibility and publicity of the business and for easy transportation of goods and service provided by that business area. When landscape is flat it makes easier for structural engineers to build a site and construction of technological equipment, rather a niche at an incline it will cost expensive building materials and is not guaranteed a long standing periods due to effects of natural disasters that may occur.

The government should be specific about to whom they want give an opportunity to business with, identify geographical locations and types of business or customers they want to build entrepreneurial spirits with. If the government doesn’t know what kind of niche they want to do they won’t have contact. The government should be clear what they want to sell in that particular entrepreneurial location. The business can’t be all things to all people and niche should not be the same as the field in which entrepreneurs work. The niche should be specific and brief. Be able to identify the customer’s needs or wants, know the customer’s major concerns. A good niche should be perfectly planned, be one-of-a-kind that allows entrepreneurs to generate profit and retain the core business, and ensures a long term success of the business. A niche should have long term vision.

In an advanced global business area where new strategies and models are growing in short supply to importance of uniqueness can’t be ignored, and those who are exhibiting an entrepreneurial spirit are always connected with concepts stimulating originality and ingenuity. Creativity is associated with uniqueness but they are different. Individual’s entrepreneurial spirit are experiencing combination of creative process to help produce a unique product or service. The uniqueness describes the end product or service, while the creativity describes the process of how to achieve the outcome of the end product. Individuals who have entrepreneurial spirit are creative and ready, willing to take new innovative strategies and ideas to be ahead of other colleagues.

The government should identify qualifying entrepreneurs and perfect planned niche to kick-start or encourage entrepreneurial spirit to the youth, thus creating job opportunities for them.
