Welcome to Grow a Garden: Stock Notifier (the “App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). The App provides investment portfolio and dividend tracking services using a unique garden metaphor. By accessing or using our App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App for investment tracking purposes. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirements and can form a binding contract under applicable laws.
The App is provided solely for informational and entertainment purposes related to the Roblox game Grow A Garden. You agree that you will not:
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including investment data.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App, including premium features or user data.
Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App’s proprietary content or design.
All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, and data compilations, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Roblox and Grow A Garden are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.
a. Auto-Renewal
If you purchase the Grow Pro premium plan ("Subscription"), you agree that the Subscription will automatically renew at the end of its billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel it. You will be charged the current rate unless the price changes (see below).
b. Payments and Billing
All payments are processed through the third-party payment provider (e.g., Apple App Store). You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of that provider. You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.
c. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change the Subscription price. If the price changes, we will provide you with reasonable advance notice, and the change will take effect with your next renewal date. If you do not agree with the price change, you may cancel your Subscription before the next billing cycle.
d. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel the automatic renewal of your Subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Refunds for Subscriptions are governed by the refund policy of the App Store and are not controlled by us.
The App and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App, including the data feeds it relies on. We do not warrant that the App will be free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, or financial loss) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it and, if applicable, cancel your Subscription.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting in the App or on our website, with the updated Effective Date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
