Welcome to Sabeh! This Privacy Policy explains how Sabeh ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you use our mobile application for group grocery ordering.

Personal Details: Full Name and Profile Photo
Delivery Details: Physical Delivery Address, Address labels (e.g., Home, Work, Other)
Order Information: Order history, Products ordered, Group orders you create or join, Order preferences and favorites
User Preferences: Order method preferences, Time-zone, Language
User Comments: Feedback, Ratings and reviews, Complaints and support inquiries
This information allows us to process orders, coordinate group buying, arrange deliveries, respond to inquiries, and provide customer support. Data is collected through our mobile application, OTP verification system, emails, phone calls, and direct communications with our customer service team.

Precise Location Data: For location-based services, To show nearby group orders in your area, To estimate delivery times and optimize delivery routes, Only collected when you grant permission
Device Identifiers: Device ID, Device Advertising ID, Operating system and version, Mobile network information, IP address, Device model and manufacturer
Authentication Data: Phone number verification records, OTP verification logs, Login timestamps and session data
IMPORTANT: We do NOT collect or process any payment card information, bank account details, or financial data since all payments are made in cash directly to delivery personnel upon delivery.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Sabeh operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model.
We do NOT collect, process, or store any payment card numbers
We do NOT collect or store bank account information
We do NOT handle any online payment transactions
All payments are made in CASH directly to delivery personnel upon delivery
No financial or billing information is collected or stored by our app
The only transaction-related data we maintain is:

We Do Not Sell Your Personal Data.
However, we may share anonymized or aggregated data (that cannot identify you personally) with trusted third-party partners for business purposes such as service improvements and market research.

MICROSOFT CLARITY & ANALYTICS
We may partner with Microsoft Clarity and similar analytics services to capture how you use and interact with our application through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services.
Application usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for application optimization, fraud/security purposes, and improving user experience.
