Our App may request access to your device's photo library or gallery.

We do not access your entire photo library for unrelated purposes.
Media selected by you may be processed by the App and, where necessary for an AI-powered feature, transmitted to our third-party service provider, Meshy AI, as described below.
Our App may request access to your device microphone when a feature requires audio input.
Microphone access is used only to provide the relevant functionality of the App.
We do not use the microphone:
For advertising.
For user tracking.
For background surveillance.
For facial recognition.
To create personal profiles.
The microphone is accessed subject to the permission granted through your device'soperating system.
We do not collect, store, use, or process facial biometric data for identification or authentication purposes.
Our App does not use facial recognition technology to identify people.
We do not create or maintain:
Facial recognition profiles.
Face templates.
Face embeddings for identification.
Facial biometric identifiers.
Biometric identity databases.
If you choose to upload or capture an image containing a person's face, that image may be processed as part of the functionality you requested. However, we do not use the person's face as biometric information to identify, authenticate, track, or profile that person.
Information or content made available to the App may be used solely to provide and improve the functionality you request.

According to Meshy's API documentation, API-generated models for non-Enterprise customers are retained for a maximum period of three days before automatic deletion.
We recommend that you review Meshy's current policies because third-party policies may change over time.
When you use an AI feature that requires Meshy AI, the App may send the content necessary to process your request.
For example, if a feature requires an image to generate a 3D model, the relevant image may be transmitted to Meshy AI.
We do not intentionally send unrelated information to Meshy AI.
We do not intentionally send:
Your contacts.
Your personal address book.
Your device's entire photo library.
Your location.
Your passwords.
Your financial information.
unless such information is directly included by you in content you choose to submit.
We do not intentionally maintain a permanent database of your personal information.
Content may temporarily exist on our systems or on third-party systems when necessary to provide App functionality.
The retention period of information processed by third-party services is determined by the applicable third-party service's policies and technical processes.
For Meshy AI, its current API documentation states that API-generated models for non-Enterprise customers are retained for a maximum of three days.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We may transmit information to third-party service providers only when necessary to provide functionality of the App.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

To operate and maintain the App, certain technical information may potentially be processed by Apple or infrastructure/service providers.
